I made a joke with my friend that you can see the newcomer in Pattaya on the way they shop. They take the girl and she picks a blanket, fan, micro, pillow and some other stuff. All the newcomers always pick the same thing so they are easy to spot.
Most of the bargirls in Pattaya live in one room with loads of girls so she has nothing to bring to the new apartment. The farrang is happy to see the bargirl become an ex bargirl and stay in the new room, besides its cheaper then the hotel.
So all this fans and pillow must go some where because most of this holiday romances end when the guy stop send money and they girl move out.
I talked with one of the girls I know and she told me that most of her friends and her do the same thing. When they break up they bring back the fans and stuff to upcountry and give or sell to relatives.
