If you live in Thailand then you can hardly take a loan for a house if you not do it trough the company you have with other Thai people that own more then 51 % of the company. You can not take a loan in your own name because you can not own land in Thailand and then you can not build any house can you? You can how ever loan money to apartment if you worked here enough but you can also pay every month or 3 month to the apartment buildings if it is a new house they not finished yet. This method is not directly legal but they usually have nothing against it. This method is off course usable if you buying a house in a complex where you only lease the land.
You can take Car Loans if you have been working with a work permit for more then 6 month to a year and if you have money to pay or the down payment. There is no law against you owning a car in Thailand.
