It’s kind of funny that David McMillan book come out now when people are trying to get the former Prime Minister from UK as well. I guess they both do not want to go back to Thailand and Thaksin Shinawatra might need to read David McMillan book on how you with month and powerful friend can break out from the Bangkok Hilton. Maybe he should promote the book with the slogan “even Thaksin Shinawatra needs this bookâ€Â.
Serious I do not think neither David McMillan or Thaksin Shinawatra will ever be extradited to Thailand from UK if they do not really want to. Thailand always let people escape they do not hunt them like USA do.
