Miss Pinthongtha Shinnawatre, the second daughter of Thaksin Chinnawatre, the ex prime minister of Thailand will get arrest by the police due to her refusal to identify about the Shin Corp share Case with the Singapore Company, Temasek, a few years ago.
The Assets Scrutiny Committee (ASC) handed documents to file criminal charges with Bang Sue Police against Miss Pinthongtha Shinnawatre, a poor little girl who have to face with the problem about big unclear money which she heritages from her father, Thaksin Chinnawat, after her third time postpone to testify Shin Corp Share Case, claiming that she could inadvertently jeopardize her parents’ defense case. She used to attend the meeting with ASC but always refused to testify.
After her three-times refusal for testify, she submitted a written letter refusing to give a statement to the ASC. So now the police have to decide what will be the next step to be taken at the end of November. In case if Miss Pinthongtha Shinnawatre has been found guilty, she has to face 6-months jail sentence and/or 10,000 Baht fine.
