Samsung bad service in Thailand

Finally I got my water filters from Samsung. I had my girlfriend calling them for two month and they kept saying there were a many people waiting before us.
They just took her number and never called back.

I finally had enough so I took the no surrender approach and basically said if you not find me a filter you can come and get the fridge back. I also refused to let them call me back because they never do anyway.

Even if the guy on the other line was very friendly he could just say sorry and promised that the department of complaints would call me back. After 10 min some girl called me back from a Samsung center telling me in poor English that yes they had filters for my fridge.

I guess the long line of people was just a made up story from the support people in order to avoid taken the call any further. But by doing that they put the Samsung name in the dirt and they should be moved to the factory floor or something.

I am off to get the filter now lets see if it’s really their or if it’s finished before I come there. Another day of fun in Thailand has begun.

When I came to the store they said that they did not have that filter in the shop and I had to call the number that called me from the shop. When the girl back in the office confirmed that me was really me they suddenly had filters.

I really do not get it why they keep the water filters for the fridges under so strict control they should sell more to make more money. It is not like they are free or anything.
