To pick a hosting company is not a easy thing there is so many hosting companies out there. I remember my last hosting company they had a support in India but they could not do anything but answer “thank you for the questionâ€Â. When U.S woke up the told them what I told them so it was kind of pointless. The host got pissed of with me because I used to ask many questions and the host had to pay per question. They denied all the time that the support was located in India. Let me just add that there is nothing wrong Indian support but in this case I did not do much good.
