Prachuap Khiri Khan is one of the inland provinces of Thailand. Neighboring provinces are Phetchaburi in the north and Chumphon in the south. To the west it borders Tanintharyi Division of Myanmar. The state is subdivided concern 8 districts which are Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan, Kui Buri, Thap Sakae, Bang Saphan, Bang Saphan Noi, Pran Buri, Hua Hin and Sam Roi Yot. The districts are additional subdivided activity 48 communes and 388 villages.
The provincial outstanding is a fishing port with a cute site next excellent curving laurels and amongst eminent mountain outcrops. About 100 kilometres to the north of Prachuap Khiri Khan is Hua Hin, Thailand’s first beach resort which is renowned for golf and spa. Between Hua Hin and Prachuap Khiri Khan are Pran Buri with many boutique resorts and Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park with soaring peaks, numerous caves and exotic bird life.
Prachuap Khiri Khan is a tourism nook with manifold tourists since of the famous of Hua Hin. And now Pran Buri is a higher hole which is due famous same as Hua Hin, so more tourists go to Prachuap Khiri Khan these days.
The provincial tree as quite as the provincial flower is the rayan or manilkara.
