Phayao is one of the northern provinces of Thailand. The home of Phayao is located at the Phayao lagoon (Kwan Phayao), in the valley of the Ing River. Three huge mountains surround the valley, the Doi Luang (1697m), Doi Khun Mae Fat (1550m) and Doi Khun Mae Tam (1330m). Phayao is a cramped kindly province, though with indivisible biddable facilities and conveniences, it is an enchanting community with delightful natural beauty and fascinating religious sites. Phayao is about 691 kilometres from Bangkok and covers an area of 6,335 square kilometres. The province is subdivided in 7 districts and 2 minor districts. These are further subdivided into 68 communes and 632 villages.

There are the festivals and interesting places for tourists to transmigration to PhaYao every month. The county is the station where hills, waterfalls and elegant temples are located. The tourists frenzy to workout
to Phayao during November to January for trekking and fascinating with the hill’s view and also can go to Phayao on summer season to waterfalls and visit beautiful temples too.
