The Phuket police have started a crack down on the drugs in Patong. They are going from Bar to Bar and taking urine samples. Drugs are on the raise on the tourist resort of Patong on the Island of Phuket and the police want to clamp down on the drugs.
The police take urine sample on Tourists and Thai a like so it is a good time to carry your passport or a valid passport copy with you.
Failure to show a valid passport can give you a hefty fine.
Meanwhile the Bangkok Police are letting the Bangkok nightclubs be open almost as late as they want with normal clubs like Bed Supper club closing at 03.00
