Pattaya slows down as the Asean meeting takes place in the normally slow tourist town. Thai people with red shirts are questioned and stopped along the road and police are every where.
The red shirts have promised to stop the Asean meeting if the PM of Thailand does not step down but he said he will not. He even made this Friday a public holiday.
Will the red shirts be able to stop the Asen meeting in Pattaya or are they just going to disappear in to the Songkran celebration that is coming up now.
If you have no business in Pattaya this weekend you should not travel to Pattaya since the traffic will be very jammed.
