The Thai famous customer service only extends to the first time customers if you coming back time after time they get bored and take you for granted.
For example I have bought DVD from the same shop for 3 years I think and now I will stop. I bought loads of DVD and all I ask is to change the movies they say was clear and off course was not. They do not care they will give the DVD to the tourist customer next to me that they say the same thing that is a master copy.
I was reading that police was on alert two days ago but not the night that I was visiting Patpong. I know so because I know so many people there and they would have told me. But last night they did not want to change my 6 movies they said was working. I would not have mind if it was 1 movie but this was 6 movies and I was bored of their reinsurance that they will work.
They blamed the Thai Police and said they could not change the movies. In the same time customers ordered the same movies as me. So I guess they just did not want change because it would not bring them any money that day. Hey, not my problem if you sell you can change any normal shopper understand that. They went on how nice they had been to me before and I should be grateful I could change and asked me for this favor. Agin not my problem I am the customer and if you promise to sell a 100 % working product and it does not work any shop should change it and not look as a favor. They should off course be grateful for me shopping there all the time but they wanted it the other way around. To bad I asked for my money back and I never going to spend my money there again there is a much better dealer in Pan Tip Plaza.
