We like to recommend the new Thailand Divorce forum that has opened. So many foreigners come to Thailand to get married with a Thai girl and end up unhappy with the marriage and the divorce.
The forum will try to help people with tips and recommendations how they can get out of their situation in the best way possible. It will also help with lawyers advice and translating advice.
If you have any questions regarding marriage or divorce in Thailand then I suggest you head over to the Thailand divorce forum and start asking righting now.
If you are a lawyer Thailand or aboard that and knows about this matters feel free to step in and help fellow foreigners with questions.

According to a new Thai new law you can sue this man for breaking a marriage. He is a “Choo” in Thai if he was a girl he would be a Mia Noy or Noi. That do not really have word for it because it is not really acceptable. To be able to sue him he need to be in Thailand and he need to have the money as well. It is not point sue someone that have no money in Thailand. You can off course file for divorce as well and claim damage from your wife as well and try to keep our assest since she is the one that break the marriage. If you want to take this to court you need to prove all this in Thai and really prove it with documents like DNA and loss of income and family.
I asked my friend a Thai girl to contact you about this case.
