Lord of war stays in Thailand

Today the Thai court did not send the Lord of War to USA. He is not going anywhere the moment but back to Thai prison. The Thai court did not tell Viktor Bout if he going back to Russia or to another country. If Thailand do not send him to Thailand maybe other countries will try to do the same thing. That means that the so called Lord of war have to stay in Thai prison for a long time. But if they let him go are USA or the Thai government pay him for staying in Prison. He has not done anything wrong in Thailand expect working with no permit. USA have 72 hours to try to get another court date for the Merchant of death, oh well so the USA says.
