I was promised internet on a Saturday

I did not take a chance with the True customer service I called them Thursday and I was surprised that they answer on my first call and did not connect me to the answer machine.

I said my internet work and he asked me to turn the modem off and on and then he asked for my phone number even if I punched it in before. He double checked and went to check on his computer and ask me all silly questions. Finally I told him he can stop pretending I do not have an account yet. He said he was sorry he mistake.

I explained what the girl in the true shop has told me and that I needed the internet as soon as possible because I wanted to use it during Songkran the big Thai holiday.

He said there will be no problem and there will be staff there on Saturday to take care of my problem and my internet should work then. He double checked my password and username and made sure it was correct. I asked him so many times if he could not make the internet now because I was sure they will not fix I was afraid that they will not make it on Saturday.

He assured me that all staff would be working and I will have internet during Saturday.

So I had nothing else to do then to wait for True until Saturday from 09.00-12.00
