Do you realize that you have too much stress on yourself? Most of people are like that, including me. Stress can happen from anything such as job, relationship, problem with boss and a lot more. But all these stresses mean nothing but destroy your health and mental. As the doctor says, the stress is the symptom of every illness. It affect both mental and body, you can get away of it even you eat well and do exercise.
First I think I have to manage things I have in my mind. Don’t put all things together in my head and think over them at the same time. It’s helpless and also increasing more stress. That’s the way I’m trying to do but it’s not really working out on me since I can’t do that kind of thing promptly.
There is a book; I love its name, called Happy For No Reason. Everyone deserves to have that feeling at least once in his life. Do you still remember that last time you laugh out until you heard your ribs? It might be long time ago. If that happens to you, at least you should try reading the book which might be able to brighten up your life. Let’s happy for no reason together.
