Easy to ask a Thai girl for a phone number

I have a few friends roaming the streets for girls. Some would call them hunters I just call them desperate and maybe some part clever if you only after a quick shag. Some people would go as far as calling them Gay because they run from girl to girl never finding what they looking for (get the point?). When they see a girl, any girl they just run up to them, say hello, and ask for their number and name. The girl never ask once, what this strange guy wants her number for and why is he asking her, she just give it out like it was a free flyer or something. I also seen this in some website like Organge club or Mthai, there is a cute normal girl having her phone number and msn address totally open for every one to call her. Also When I was in the Motor Show it the same thing, all this girls in very tight sitting clothing hovering around cars and posing for guys that probably came there for them not the cars. They gave out their numbers to total strangers and guys that just went up to them they only met for 1 min or less.

Now the thing is most of this girl never want to see this guy again they ever so they would have no interest in him what so ever and when you call they will just hang up the phone, let some one else answer, let it ring or just let their boyfriend speak. I know some of the girls actually meet these guys, and some actually sleeps with them.

It was an article in the Bangkokpost about it that Thai guys invite girls for expensive dinners and presents and they girl feel guilty and sleeps with the guy to say thanks. In some cases like my friends they just nagg nagg the girl over and over until they actually meets them and sometimes sleeps with them. But after that they change phone number. I wanted to know why this is going on in Thailand so I asked some “real” Thai girls

In my quest for an answer, I got some weird once.

1.Only bar girls do that “wrong most of the bar girls would sell you their number not give it for free”

2.Those are not real Thai girls “they did not look very Cambodian to me”

3.I never met anyone ask for my number “maybe you should meet people outside your family?”

4.I collect numbers on my mobile and compare with my friends “you need help!”

5.Here is my number call me later “I did!”
