Thailand has a strange medicine system you can get almost anything from any pharmacy. If you like steroid, Valium or even Viagra it is just to go in to pharmacy and buy it. The pharmacies are not regulated that much and actually you can not really know if you buying a fake Viagra or not.
Even small clincs have big signe that promote the different tablets and you can get anything from diet pills to Viagra in Thailand. If you are in need of a something to spice up your life i would suggest you visit a clinic since they have the real version the generic version.
Many Thai drug shops have the fake version and it can make you sick but the clinics need to have a real version.
