Chai Nat province of Thailand located next to Chao Phraya River

Chai Nat is one of the native provinces of Thailand. Chainat is subdivided enthusiasm 8 districts which are Amphoe Muang Chai Nat, Amphoe Hankha, Amphoe Manorom, Amphoe Sankhaburi, Amphoe Sapphaya, Amphoe Wat Sing, and 2 sub-districts: King Amphoe Nong Mamong and King Amphoe Noen Kham. The districts are fresh subdivided care 53 subdistricts and 474 villages.

It is located on the east bank of the Chao Phraya River. The folk was jumpy from the enfeebled plant at Sankhaburi in the domain of King Rama IV. Chainat was an important reservation used several times as a base to confront the Burmese army. Every time, the Burmese were defeated, thus originating the name of Chainat which means a place of victory.

Chain at is a mini and slow province. It borders to Nakhon Sawan, Sing Buri, Suphan Buri and Uthai Thani.

The provincial tree is the Bael Fruit Tree, and the provincial flower the Rainbow Shower Tree.
