People in Pattaya is really getting the refund that CAT promised them in Pattaya. A few weeks ago CAT the hi speed internet provider in Thailand got serious problem with their network. In an attempt to make some goodwill out from it they promised people they will get refund if they filed a complaint.
Many people i talked to actually will get a refund on the next month bill and I think that’s the first time that happen in Thailand.
I can not remember how many time True internet had major problems with internet in Bangkok and when I asked for some refund or discount they just laughed at me.
Good for you CAT it really shows that you are improving your customer support and making efforts to make things better for the future.
