Going to Pattaya very often I must say I never used the “Bell†service from the Pattaya buss Station in Thailand. Last Sunday I got the first impression of their service and I can say if I do not have to use them I will never bother to visit them ever again.
First when we came there 30 min before the bus was going to the airport they just said to us to wait. We waited and waited and then finally one minute before the buss should leave they told us to wait to 11.00, now the time was 09.00.
How can they expect any passengers that need to get on a plane to wait for 2 hours and miss the flight? I was not alone I think it was 5 others that had the same problem as me.
I then called one of the taxi guys I know from Pattaya and arranged for them to come and pick us up and I asked the girls that were waiting if they wanted to come well. Then I got told off by the staff that I can not take their customers. Well do not let customers wait for nothing then it is so bad service. They could just hire a small van and brought the rest of the passengers in that, sure maybe no profit but at least a happy ending.
They are the same people that have the busses on the ground floor in the airport going to Pattaya so make sure you ask them if the buss is full or not before you wait 2 hours.

Ahhh, the software automatically “shrouds” the email address to prevent spiders/bots & spammers from getting it.

I have used their service over years and always found them to be friendly ( at the airport not always in the office pattaya) and reliable but have not been able to e mail them as their appears to be a problem with their e mail address, can someone let me know the New E mail address?

I have used them many times as well and they have been good and bad. When did they hold the buss for you to clear immigration? You mean they know you where coming with the flight and you booked already in the airport in Bangkok? You never know when you will leave the immigration so that’s really nice of them but must be very annoying to other passengers waiting from 10 min to an hour. I never took them back to Pattaya just the other way around.

I have used Bell Travel over a dozen times in the last 2 years to get to and from Pattaya, and I have NEVER had a problem with them.
I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and even willing to go a little extra to help out when required (like holding a departure for a few minutes while waiting for someone to clear Immigration).
When departing from Pattaya, one has to make sure they are looking at the CORRECT schedule, and not confuse the regular buses with the ones being used by Bell, which look very similar but often arrive from, and depart to different locations.
So, take it for what it’s worth, 1 bad experience noted by the above poster, or the dozen plus good experiences I’ve had with the same company.
Makes me wonder just where the problem truly is.
