Some of the Thai banks are now charging 150 THB when you using a foreign ATM of VISA card. We have different report what banks charge the extra fee but for now Kasikorn and UOB does not charge, but this can change
If you are a regular in Thailand and get your money from abroad to ATM the best way is to ask the bank you normally using if they charge the extra fee.
If you are a tourist go to an ATM with a bank attach to it and go inside and ask the bank staff is they charge the 150 THB. You can save a few thousand THB doing this since the maximum limit for withdrawal is 20 000 THB.
