Another new rules for all drivers to know that the law of ban the drivers from using mobile phones is already in use.
Some motorists complain that using mobile phone while driving makes the traffic get worse because it lower the ability of the drivers. I don’t know that the drivers will obey this law or not since the phone seems like a necessary tool for everyone and someone can’t live without it.
Imagine if you get an important call while you are driving, will you pull over your car to the left lane to pick up the call? I don’t answer that because I’m not a driver but I have an answer in my mind though.
It’s a good law then and I totally agree that every driver should follow the rule since the traffic in Bangkok show us how amazing it is, we should do something to help and make the traffic more amazing in Bangkok.
Anyhow, according to the law, the drivers who use a mobile phone while they are driving will be liable to a fine of 400 – 1,000 Baht then.
I hope this new rule can help Bangkok’s traffic and reduce the accident rate as well.
