The woman that was arrested for stealing a towel (60 THB) confessed today to stealing it and got 1000 THB in fine from the court. Last time i looked Google had 23200 hits on the subject and climbing every hour and it was time to sort the problem out. The story has become a big problem for Thailand already bad reputation this year.
